dont you have to cut a chunk out the chassis rail for the alternator to put a c20xe in a nova?

i really dont know how most of you guys get enough time or the space to do this sort of thing.

i struggle just doing simple mods on my X14XE as i dont have a drive and the counsall is a bit of a pig round here
X14XE Janspeed S/S center and rear with 3.5" round with hoffman 200 cpi sport cat
C20XE GSi custom 3 box exhaust system, and GAZ 60mm drop

yeh most people badger it with a large hammer, but i cut mine out and flipped the cut out round then welded it back in as a solid 'box section' to keep as much strength as possible, as for time and space i did it in the corner of my drive-way in 4 days i think it was  :P

cheers for the comment griffin :D
