Steering Wheel Crisis

Few weeks ago i got a m8 down to fit my steering wheel for me as i jus cudnt get a minute free to do it. Neway now i have no horn and after looking through a few books its becuase he's cut the green wire off (the ground) but left the red (live, obvo). Neway wots the easiest way to ground the steering wheel, cuz i dont wan p.c. plod on my tail.
