Post by Dai Wan »

Hi I have just purchased a set of-60mm shocks and springs for my 1.2 16v, I want to slam this it has the standared 13 steel wheels on it just now, will this be ok to drive at the moment?

Also I want to go for the euro style very low with small fat rims, few questions does anyone know any site to get such rims, is it legal to drive in the uk with these rims and will it pass an MOT with these rims.

the style I want to acheive is live the picture attached

It should be fine, and ye you can drive in the uk with the alloy as long as the tyres dont stick out past the arches

alrite m8 u got to make shure the alloys are off set aswell as iv got a prob cos iv just got coileovers and i got to cut the lip on the inside of the arch slightly cos it just keep grinding the alloys u looking for are hard to find but if u r goinjg for uro look as i am myself higlight coile overs cos you can ajust them from 20mm to 120mm u should invest in some also smooth your boot and get 14s for the back nd 13s deep dishes for the front but lower the back level with the front and it gives it an ausom euro effect
