Re: loud exhaust needed!
easiest way to make it louder is take out the centerbox or take the baffles out
id take out the baffles in the centerbox (and if you dont mind it being ilegal the CAT too) n swap it for a cherry bomb exhuast,
be a hell of a lot louder and youl get that nice popping sound when you rev it.

Re: loud exhaust needed!
you would have to take your exhuast to bits.
baffles are like sheets of metal in ur centerbox to deaden the sound. to be honest it may be easier to replace the centerbox with a straight-through pipe
or you would have to take the centerbox to bits,
your cat is the cathylitic converter, normaly located right at the front
looks smilar to this:
Normaly your exhuast will be CAT --> Centerbox --> Backbox
basily it filters some of the harmfull gasses your car produces.
removing it will make it sound nicer, but be highly ilegal as wont pass an MOT
on the plus side it makes your car sound better as i said and increase your BHP (as theres less resistance for the exhaust to escape)
be better off with a Hi-Flow cat which will do the same as removing it only it will be legal and should pass MOT
expensive tho...
