60mm Fog Lights into vectra style gsi corsa bumper

Hi, I have recently bought a Vectra GSI Style front bumper to go on my corsa and comes with 60mm holes ready for fog lights to be fitted, but can I as hell find anywhere that supplies 60mm fog lights. I've got some 70mm fog lights and they just fit on the actual hole, not inside like i assume they must fit, so I'm really stuck on where to find some from, also when and if I get any, what is the best way to fix them to the bumper, either by brackets, or bonding them in, how? any ideas/shops/hints/ideas to modify the fibreglass bumper to fit the 70mm lights in, are all helpful.
