Just fancy having a moan about my car insurance

when i set it up back in july 07
they asked for £812 fully comp for my Ibiza FR tdi
once i sent in my details they sent me a letter back saying they coudlnt cover me as i hadnt held my licence for 2 years...
fair enough
they then said they could do it for £905, since i payed the full £812 i thought im not happy but il pay it, asked them to send me a bill so i could
never recived a bill, started getting letters from debt collectors so called them up not very happy n just decided to pay it off over the phone with my debit card
thought it was all sorted (bear in mind this was june 2007)
JUST got a letter from them today saying that due to a computer error they didnt debit the extra £93 they accdently credited me,
checked my bank statment's and turns out they did
so now i have to pay £186, £93 for what i did owe and then £93 for what they refunded me!!!
Sorry its long post but i advise people to stay away from them
they may have cheap quotes but their service is AWFULL
