dash painting

alrite people, own a sri, wanted to paint the center console of the dash red to keep with a red and black theme, any tips? or does anyone know what paint i should use, what method etc, would be good to hear from u all. thanks

get some fine sand paper and sand down each part slightly first , get a good quality plastic primer and of course the colour u prefer to spray the parts then a good clear laquer. careful with the heater switches i took my dash out to fit red leds instead of bulbs, and i broke one of my switches so wen i go over a bump it drops off, got another one from a scrappers tho.
