Stainless Steel Exhaust Cleaning
Is there a good way off cleaning a stainless steel exhaust so you don't damage the shine or the finish any good products?

a good metal polish should do it, something like autosol.

I use the autoglym metal polish...brings the shine out a treat! 
Make sure you wash it and shamois tho too, coz you dont want any crap under the polish!
