hmm probably not see a perfomance increase
as far as i can see its just a breather valve for the oil vacume pipe
(the pipe which sucks the crap out of your engine, then puts it back in to your engine)

alot of people just have a breather filter on instead so all the oil mucky rubbish dosnt go back in to your engine

On the 8v block it goes onto the map sensor valve, its supposed to create turbulence in the air which produces "better" air and better fuel consumption aswell as getting rid of the nasty flat spot on the 8v block between 1500 and 2000 rpm
