1.0L driving probs

hi all, ive got a 1.0L 12v the problem seems to be when driving steady keeping at a constant speed it feels like lifting off the throttle for a split second then back on.if you give it some boot its fine.it pulls as well as a 12valver can pull, like i said its just when keeping at a constant speed,it does it in any gear warm or cold long or short run.any help would be great as it is spoiling anotherwise good little car..

Hi there,

I've got the same problem with my 1.0L engine. Only the Engine Managment Warning Light comes on.
The good chaps on here suggest to replace the air-flow metre but havn't done so as yet as can't afford to

do u have an induction kit?
i had this problem with mine and it was the induction kit, because it was sucking in all the hot air out of the engine bay which just used to slow it down
had to put the airbox back on and it worked perfect

best off gettin it on a computer it could be anything!

no induction kit,its all standard at the moment.
