the problem may not be with the rear chassis now though... could be at the front.... is ur crash bar rusty??
if so then if u take off the front bumper u may find some rust....which could be causing this as rusting in corsa's is a common occurance lol

Vauxhall did a recall a number of years ago but some how I don't think they'd be interested now!!! lol lol

after taking off the front bumper after the engine blew i found that the fron chassis was completely f**k also that is why my arches were still cracking after the rear chassis had be repaired...
