Corsa Lighting

Post by boyo »

Hi, i have a 1994 corsa. My problem is at night i can't see any of the heating switches none of them light up. When i bought the car i thought this was just due to the cars age but are they supposed to light up?

Thanks 4 the replies. The dimmer wheel is all the way up, will be the bulbs or fuses like you said cos i can see all the gauges just not the heating controls.

Shall have a gander!!

it'll be the bulbs, to replace them you have a long way to go, you have to take out, the mfd, vents, heatercontrols, everything north of the headunit in that centre console, this includes 4 screws, 2 torx, 4 sping clips for the heater controls, got to take of the heater knobs aswell, the sliding control and the background for this. too much effort for some bulbs, i found out the hard way, when everything of mine in that centre console ended up broken due to trial and error.

Oh i, a mans dash is a very delicate place, you have to know exactly where to put your fingers first, just diving in only makes a mess hahaha
