Suspension squeaking

Ok, so my front suspension on corsa breeze 98 started to squeak a couple of months ago and hasn't gone away.
its really quiet but just bugs me, it's normally when i change from 1st to second as the suspension dips its squeaks and then again when it rises.
i've had a look around on the net and people have mentioned the swaybar bushings. havn't got a clue what they are but it sounds serious haha

any suggestions, thanks
