same problem with my speedo i took it to vauxhall (as i jus had service) they told me the fuse was loose.they also said that the fuse also runs off the ciggie lighter and the speedo jus a hunch

i also had this probem initially what to do is keep a small block of wood in the car and chap the plastic cover what is in front of the dials and then the dials will start to work again... then i changed my dials and they work fine now but i wouldnt advise changing them as its a trick and complex job lol

id have to fix it it would bug me rotten if somthing on my car didnt work right even little things like if a bulb behined the MFD went

the speedo is can go if there is a problem with fuse, which also the same fuse controles the cigrete lighter, millage and interior light, so if the other things go when your speedo does, you know its to do with the fuse.
