never heard of anyone lowering their car with smaller wheels

but people use different springs to lower car..

it looks better, not like 4x4 and handles better.. so u dont have to slow down as much for bends there fore better economy :D

i lowered my corsa sport on full spax springs and shockers on 15inch rims and it handled like a dream and looked mint if it wasnt lowered it would of looked stupiid, a massive gao between the wheek and the arch.

My Corsa B is lowered 30mm front and rear and on 15's it handles amazin, i only lowered mine by 3omm because was told it would pop my drive shafts out cuz ive got a 2.0ltr coversion in mine but i think a 40mm drop on 15's looks nice and if you have took ya back seats out 60mm on 16's

well my car has 17's on it and when theres a full car it's fine...even over speed ramps...but if i were to lower it it would be a different story  so think im just going to stick with big wheels

lowering ur car onl makes ur car faster if u get springs and shocks which will stiffen the suspension
if u just lower it using springs ur car will look kool but handle like poo and be bouncy ect
so u want a good set up that will make the can handle and go faster
the smaller wheel idea gives greater accelleration which is a good thing !!

Never knew it made your car accelerate quicker but hey, you learn summin knew every day...

I lowered my corsa sport 60mm with g-max suspension, and to be honest, IT WAS poo.

Had to get rid of it because it was far too bumpy, had a baby on the way.

But it actually does make your car look 10 times better though! So i suppose if you want to sacrifice comfort for looks then go ahead lol :D

15's and lowered...because the standard suspension is bloody awful and you will end up in a hedge if you get a corner wrong!

40-50mm is the best drop on a corsa. Low enough to look good, but any more will start to affect handling again unless your spring kit is a good one e.g. bilstein.
