rear wheel bearing

rear wheel bearing
How easy/difficult is it to fit new bearings in the rear wheels? I dont really wanna pay the garage extortionate rates if its a simple job??

its very easy i've just done mine just need a big hammer and a chisel lol
when taking them out there is a little slit where you can put the chisel in just to get the edge of the bearing carrier then just tap it out...
fitting the new ones put a little greece around the bearing carrier and in the hub then get a piece of wood just to start tapping it in evenly then just tap around it with the hammer. just done!

well does your wheel bearings making noise on the rear or do they have play from side to side?...
