Why don't i have a cig lighter?

In my car i do not have a cig lighter, i don't smoke i need it for charger phones/ipod etc. i have the space for one, but its just a hole

My question is where do i get one from? and are the connexions already there for one to be added?

put ur hand in the hole and check it, i had the same problem with my corsa but there were no wires so i brought a cheap cig lighter and got a corsa lighter surround n wired it up myself, if u need 2 no how to do it ill let u no its not to hard, just make sure u got a in line fuse!

All wired up,. was very easy, bought from halford connected it, to the yellow lead that goes into stereo, meaning its only on when the ignition is:)
