so im not gonna worry about the rear disks at the mo if he still has them when i come near the end of the project and iv got more money then i will get them but for now i aint gonna worry!

is it worth putting a 6 speed box on a n/a red top corsa?
hopefully it will have a ported head, lumpy cam, bike carbs and 4 2 1 man, d cat, and th rest of the system

depends how high its gonnn rev mate, imo.
my honda revs to 8300 and on the motorway i wish i had 6th so i could cruise along with the exhaust nice and quiet rather than at 5000+ rpm, but i dont think a c20xe revs anywhere near that highly?

im not worryed about noise i just want it fast! i just wasnted to no if it would make it faster off the line (more gears = smaller grear raitos?) sorry for not explaining (sorry didnt listen at school )

an F16 CR box is the best bet. that has got the shortest ratios, giving you quicker acceleration. the top speed is lowered tho. The F28 is about the same as the F20 it just has another gear atop 5th. the ratios are not radically different.
