Hiya everyone, was wondering if someone could help me....
My car doesn't seem to be accelerating properly.. When I put my foot down my car doesn't go anywhere.. The only way I can describe it is you know when your in a high gear and you can't go any faster..... well it feels a bit like that with the added feeling of being pulled back, asthough something has got hold of my car not letting it go anywhere... It's annoying.... sometimes when it does this the engine management light comes on, but not all the time....
My car's a 1.2 Corsa Breeze by the way.... Thanks
ugh... can anyone help....

ib had a similar thing with mine mate
on mine the cat got melted and all of what is inside it has gathered in my middle box, iv jus had a new cat for 150quid and waiting for a middle box. no faults came up on the diagnostics so its something more simple

Re: ugh... can anyone help....
lol such a common problem
there is a few common faults that can cause this...so best to get her plugged in!
Ive changed my 02 sensor...my EGR valve...my Cat...and cleaned out the air intake and throttle body which seemed to work the best...cars still not 100% but much better! so get sum carb cleaner and get ur air intake cleaned out and see if that makes a difference...if not then get it plugged in mate and good luck
Think mines might just need a new air flow meter which is yet another common fault
mine is a 1.0 club btw and heres s list incase i rambled on a bit
EGR VALVE
02 SENSOR
AIR FLOW METER
CAT
THROTTLE BODY NEEDS CLEANED OUT
let me know mate...
