no, its just the inlet and exhaust bit. Wont do anything for the lifters.

will cost a good £15 to post, but are you not coming to get adam's engine?

intrested in the inlet i ave a 1.4 sport so i hope shud fit fine and live
not to far away but i would have to wait until next weekend to get sometime
off work and get some extra money so pm me or i will try get back to you

if i knew wot richbrook was i might be able to offer my opinion
but i just get things tht i think look good weather they are made by the same ppl or not
colour usually matches wen possible tho
