airflow meter

hi needing a little help my car stutters from time to time i know its the airflowmeter so i bought 1 yesterday its had been cross referenced it was the same 1but unfortunately it didnt work 84 quid out of pocket any help well appreciated thanks

What do you mean 'didn't work'.

right well i disconnected the battery at negative side changed over the airflow meter and connected it all back up started the car pressed in the accelerator justs sounds 10 times worse thanks for the reply

are you sure it was a new MAFM?
