Very quiet speakers :(

Hello, im a bit annoyed with my corsa at the moment as the speakers/sound generally is just awful. I have a tape player in there that isnt the orignal one but it is alright because i have it hooked up to my ipod so i can play all the songs from that through it. However i do notice that the music from my ipod is a lot quiter than when the radio is playing. I was wondering could anyone advise me on some cheap speakers or something that will make it go a lot louder?

turn the volume up on the ipod through iTunes also i wouldnt bother buy any speakers without buying a new radio that is like burning money

how have you hooked your ipod to your tape player?
if your have one of them tape things with a wire that plugs to your ipod then it will be quiet, they work but they arnt brilliant

go for a new stereo would be your best bet
