1.2 SXi 16V

hey, i have a 1.2 SXi 16V X registration corsa, im wondering does anyone know if its on a Cam belt or chain? thanks

also another question, i saw on ebay i can buy a Chip that improves BHP, they worth buying and are they a pain to install?

its a cam chain on the 1.2 16v
and no stay away from those dodgy chips off ebay as it wont do anything,

Yep Octane is spot on, its a chain as i have a 1.2 16v, PLEASE AVOID THESE CHIPS ON eBay. All they do if mees up your engine and are not worth the money or the hassle

Anyone ever tried one of those 'fuel savers'


Where a block is strapped to your fuel line. and apparently makes it more economic ?

i cant see them ever working :P

what it wil do it restrain the ammount of fuel getting to ur engine there for better emmisions

but ur car will b dog slowwwwwwwwww

its a cam ghain buddy because i got a 1.2 sxi 16v but dont get the chip mate spaned a bit more money and get the ecu remaped withch im doing

cost me £275 for my ibiza remapping, anything below that ammount of money is likely to be a crock
and even then on a N/A car you sadly wont see more than maybe 4 or 5xtra horse power

those fuel saver things are ment to magnetise your fuel so it flows better? aparntly i dunno how they are ment to work! but i cant see it working at all!

just get a better engine/car
i have a 1.2 16v and there sooo slowwww!
upgrading soon tho! :D
