What the ****?

But what does the small button do.

When i press the little button, the yellow light along side it turns on.

i was baffled aswell when i pressed it and the light came on pressed it again and it didnt go off and then i looked and the button moves the wingmirrors so i steamed em up pressed it and i was like awsome dude

and then some 1 knocked my wingmirror off i nearly cried
