lol, you can do it by using photbucket.com and using the HTML Code from there, some forums you can use the upload attatchment feature but it looks like its been disabled on this forum.

Right hopefully this is the photo's uploaded.
The first one is of the section that you need to unbolt and take off to be able to clean out any gunk. Clean out the section underneath this pod.
If that fails you might have to change the idle air control valve shown in this picture.
If that fails or if it still causes probs it could also be the air mass meter shown here.
You should be able to hover over the picture to bring up a tag telling you which bit i'm talking about.
