car revving on limiter

hay all i got a 94 corsa 1.4 8v sri, when i start her up she revving on the limiter, with no air at all getting in there from the airfilter side of things. plz could u help me

Could you explain a bit more!! Is it revving up to the limiter without even applying any throttle? is it constant? can you explain the airfilter a bit more?

wen i turn the engine on it sits at the limiter, i got a maxpower induction kit on it, wen i took it off i had a look in side the thottle body and the flap in the thottle body is not open, i am not applyin the thottle it just sits the is she is idlein,

Ummm... havent got many ideas really, im no genius really, but here are some things you could try:
1. Clean air filter of your induction kit
2. Try doing a ECU test (sometimes refered to as paper clip test) and find out if any of the sensors in ur engine have faults.

i just done the test and the management light avent flashed lyk but its makin a buzzin nosie
