i have the rubbish front bumper where the grill is moulded to the bumper...need some tips/advice on cutting the grill out? the more detail the better.i may not fit a sports grill for abit...but how do they fit onto the moulded bumpers once the grill is cut out? is it straight forward just bolted it on? or do i need to modify anything?
help will be very aprreciated as i wanna get on with it,but dont wanna mess it up.

Re: Easiest way to remove moulded grill???
mate easiest thing to do is get yourself a post 1997 front bumper unless your a dabhand at bodywork .Anyway if you want to go rally style leave it is it is with the old front bumper just replace the vauxhall badge with an opel one or somthing different like that ... this still looks the nuts... the old bumpers are coming well back into fasion for the corsa and they look class aswell . But if you want the badgless grille just get a new front bumper !!!!!! hope this halps fella !!
Matt Neal for the championship ....woo off to thruxton next sunday !!!
