Corsa gsi bumpers are stupidly priced, for the bumper skin itself is 200 odd quid new, then you have got the grill to pay for and foglights plus the price spraying, if you search the net you may find a replica bumper think they are 129.99 but still no fogs or grill, ebay they range between 50 - 200, scrappers just depends on condition. There are other decent bumpers out there or even modify a bumper either smoothed or change the grills in the standard bumpers.

go scrappers and buy a standard bumper...then modify it urself! gotta be given a go! like get stanely and cut it up and fibreglass fogs and mesh holes! or just take the fittings and measurements and try to make one sumhow. Then no1 will have anything like it....and u can build it while u save for parts/materials to make it. A bumper in good condition from a scrappers shouldnt cost much more than £20-£25 for black plastic one. Then sand, prime, paint and laquere it...can get colour match paint easy from auto shops.

i wouldnt use a stanley knife, the plastic will just knacker the blade.

If you were to modify the standard bumpers by cutting etc imho i would use a drill to make a big enough hole where you wanted to cut so you can use a plastic saw blade in a jigsaw, or use a small air cutting tool or recipricating saw
