Well basicly first of all you wanna give it a good go over with just water and a sponge and get off all your road film nd dirt etc .Then go for a car shampoo or fairy liquid if its all youve got......then chamois the car dry making sure to have got the whole car dry b4 putting on wax / polish/t-cut /colour restoration. apply this panel by panel and buff off after its left a a smeard coat on the bodywork!!! when you buff the car rele give it the beans to get a real good protective layer on there !!!!! and besides first of all you wanna sort that rust spot out fella .. on the bottom of ya spoiler !!!!!! oh and for black bumpers use back to black polish ...spray on stuff ...also does dash board and all other plasic parts ... looks mint when youve done the bumpers and arches ..so happy days. P.S with black bumpers ..wash them but dont wax them ....they will get white streaks on em !!!!

AUTOGLYM! basically it expensive as hell but works a treat! can get from any halfords or most auto car shops etc. The shampoo needs to be left to soak on the car for like 5 -10 mins then wash off with more hot soapto get rid of last of dirty soap...then hose off and use chammis to get it really dry. Then u need some 100% cotton cloth and cos it the first time u waxed it and probs t efirst time it had it done in ages use large inch round blobs of the autoglym wax on panel by panel. work in circles and use enough so it leaves a thin visable layer/coat on the paint, then move onto the next panel and work in wax/cover wih a thin layer. Go back to the other layer which should be dry now and when u wipe ur finger on it, it will come off on ur finger as a power almost. Use a clean 100% cooton cloth and wipe off the power wax layer, this should make the panel come up propa shiny and clean and white.
btw...if the side of car got tarmac/black rubber stians on it u can use cheap vodka on a rag to quickly rub over the marks and they will come off pretty easy with elbow grease. then wash with water and do the waxin. Fogot to mention it earlier

t-cut is sound if ur good at usin it. My brother used it on his car and O_o it. u need to be quick, delicate and rough with it. it takes the top layer of paint of to reveil clean layer below. if u spoon it u can go through to many layer and it looks patchy. Depends on how strong u use it though i guess really. AutoGLYM shampoo and wax mate. use the instructions i dropped u and on the box and it works propa sick. car shines brite white, looks refreshed and it protects the paint from rustin cos of water. water just beads of the car. if it rains the next day u would hardly know from lookin at ur car. litterally feels/is like silk so water not able to settle on it.

Do not use washing up liquid on the car it contains salt that will strip the polish off,use a good quality car shampoo, also if t-cutting do one panel at a time, then polish with a good wax.i always rinse car 1st with hose to get the top dirt off.then start at the top and work down.remember if you drop the sponge on the floor don't put it on the car or the bucket, but wash it out in the sink unless you want to scratch the car. 8)

if ya want you bumpers black black then use the autoglym bumper care, its like a snotty green wax/oil. put some on a rag and rub it in, brings them up lovely i think its better than the sprays, also its better if youdo one layer then layer it up over time, its last a long time too. :D

I use Autoglym Radient Wax for my car. You cant buy it in shops and have to have a trade account to get it from a places so I get it from my dads body shop. Its sometimes on ebay. I think you can get autoglym super resin polish which is almost the same from halfords. But use autoglym for everything. Its expensive but its the best.

to avoid a bus i drove in to a bush and got about half a dozen deep scratches down the side of my car!
so went to aldi (of all places) they wer selling a buffer for £6 so got that and some, a friend of mine gave me some polish, dunno wat it was some pink stuff that smelt like sugar, but anyway it worked perfect, not sure wat it was but its ment to be the same thuff that big car firms use on their cars at motor shows, to make em look all shiney,
il have to ask next time i see him find out what its called.

Meguiars is the way to go, its expensive but has a outstanding shine that lasts to. I used to use Auto glym all the time but since i was recommended Meguiars i wont use anything else.

yeh i never use washin up liquid.iv just got some half decent bumper restorer from my dad..its called f1 formula or sumfin lol..its from halfords i think-works pretty good..it cleans the exterior plastics...then leaves a layer on there thats really shiny..doesnt cover up the white marks though so i think il get some back to black then put a layer of that stuff on..an that b the bympers n arches sorted.
