Post by kona1991 »

I just bought some mudflaps off of ebay for £5 8)

Could do with some help fitting them.. they come with some random looking clips, some bolts, and some screws with washers on?

does anybody know if there is a specific way to fit them?

Yeah mate get some pictures up, im pretty sure you use the C shape clips to clip the mud flaps to your bumpers, but again with out seeing a picture i cant help.

my mudflaps kinda clips onto/hug the plastic edges on the bottome of the wheel arch trims and then the clips are used like pressure clamps that hold em in place. Would take a pic but they are filthy and it a pain cos i cant connect my mates camera to my laptop. But those look like u need to drill holes. Wont be hard to remove the rear mud flaps but the front ones are really fiddly cos the plastic nuts to undo the arch trims are behind the plastic wheel liner. u need to take off the bumper and front wings.
