Hello All,
I have a 1994 Opel Corsa 1.4 8 valve. The engine is the C14 NZ.
My clutch went about a week ago and I have now got the replacement parts and I am about to attack the job.
Would anybody out there have any pointers or tips for me?
I believe you need a special tool to remove the input shaft to drop the clutch out?
Cheers in advance
Bob

Its not so much a special tool (slide hammer) You really only need the if you get a really tight shaft. A fairly long bolt and a lever bar nomally moves it fine. Have you got the retaining clips to hold the pressure plate and friction plate together?

Ahhh you'll be fine then...... Obviously put those clips on the old clutch too before removing as they get stuck otherwise. You prob knew that anyway.......
