i have changed the top strut mount, track rod end and the bottem ball joint, and it is still play in the steering, i got under the car and had my dad move the wheel 2 side to side and it seems all the play is in the bottem ball joint, i toghtind the nut and bolt up untill i couldnt do it up more and it still have play init. its a 94 corsa 1.4 8v sri
if someone could help.

best bet is to look at another corsa n see see if you can spot anything diffrent maybe you missed somthing
also make sure its the correct part for the car!

all the parts are right, i think it could be the hold in the hub for the bottem ball joint is worn, do u think its could be tha?

I'd be inclined to go back where you got the parts and see if you got the right ball joint, as im sure they differ between power steering and non power steering. Theres only a couple off mm diference but that is enough to cause your play. You could always mesure the old ball part in comparison to the new one and see if there different.

mesured the old ball joint to the new one and thay both the same size luk. i evan took the drivers side ball joint off and tryed tha one on there but its still play in it, its no play on the drivers side tho :S
