HEADLIGHTS TOO LOW
i have angel eyes and i took the headlight bulb out to see what size it was and when i put it back in it is really low all of a sudden. is there any proper way of adjusting the height or should i just play around with the bulb? because the switch for adjusting the beam height on the dash doesnt work anymore. i bought the car like that. i think it stopped working when the guy before me put in the angel eyes

sounds like you may have put the bulb in the wrong way round mate, you should have manual adjustment behind the unit.

Re: HEADLIGHTS TOO LOW
id check the bulbs in rite if not take the adjusters out turn them so that the little plastic rod extends then put it back in, the auto adjusters will work after that (i had same problem) also there is 2 manual adjusters on the lights one for side to side and the other up n down, u can adjust it urself with a srew driver but id take it MOT garage cus itll fail MOT if there not lined correct luckily i work in a garage so i didnt have topay but im sure it wont cost much
hope that helps

Re: HEADLIGHTS TOO LOW
the lights are easy to align...just point the car at ur house at night time and then line up the lights so that the left point slightly out to the left rather than straight ahead....then line em up for distance by moving em up/down so they hit the bottom of ur downstairs window ledge. My mate works in a garage and thats what he told me to do when i had to fit new near side light after a crash. Had to have a MOT a couple months later and it passed with flyin colours! lol....

Dont really work like that, but hey. Would take it into a garage and have them set prop on the beam tester. You can set them here, there and everywhere buy guessing, blinding other drivers in the mean time!! Our place only charge £7 so aint gonna be much more than that and at least you know its done right.
