Hi all,
I attempted to fit my new alloys this afternoon which are the correct ofset for vauxhalls ET49! The rears went on fine but the front's were touching my coilovers.
Any body else had this problem and if so how did you solve it?? If spacers what size did you use??
Cheers Matt

yep...common problem wit coilovers...you need to put at least 3mm spacers on, possibly even 5mm. It is normal for wheels to touch the coilies tho, as the springs dont sit on spring cups that are above the wheel normally.
hope that helps...

Ok cheers Chrex (is it Chris??)
I've gone a bought some 5mm from Halfords! working tomorrow though so i'll have to wait till sunday to fit the fronts.
The wheel wasn't even pushed on properly as it had butted up good a proper to the spring!!
Hopefully my spacers should sort it!
Cheers again.
