Re: my corsa gsi replica
so would ur dad make sumin like this for me? The holes for speakers need to be so the 6x9's and 12" sub can sit flush mounted, whereras the 5mm holes are just there for wires from the tweeters that will be surface mounted. I know it a bit weighty so i dont really mind if the parcel shelf has to stay static. And if possible could he do it in signal green or a bright green that would suit the interior of my car?
here a pic of my car, the colour used is ford modena signal green. Although if black means its noticably cheaper (im assuming the price will differ from £30 as more work involved) i will settle with that, assuming he will make it.

Re: my corsa gsi replica
im menna gettin the sub the the post today but i can give ya links to the specifications of the three different parts. And then i'll provide the measurements that i have taken and try to find templates that can be used for the 6x9's etc.
Here the sub : http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113W3009/K ... _and_specs
Here the 6x9's: http://www.dynamicsounds.co.uk/product_ ... ts_id=3305
and the tweeters are gonna be surfaced mounted on top of the material of the parcel shelf. The holes only need to be big enough for some wires to pass through. Nuthin being mounted in them, i just said 5mm cos half cm holes should provide plenty of space for wire to go through down into the boot. You can litterally drill 5mm holes materials ova it and use a stanley knife to just knick a small hole into the material so wires can get through. Either way the tweeters are these ones but they come supplied with surface mounts anyway:
http://www.dynamicsounds.co.uk/product_ ... ts_id=3535
Black material should be fine to use i dont really mind too much. Do u think the price will differ much cos of the extra labour and material being used?

Re: my corsa gsi replica
i will try paypal but my card is on my brothers account and i need to remove it and put it on mine and i cant contact him easy as he neva answers his phone. I know it a bit cheeky but can i send a cheque/cash in recorded post? I dont mind waitin for it to clear if it a cheque before u start workin on it m8...it kinda easier aswell cos bein a student i dont have a credit card i just got a debit card with interest free overdraft and i dont really like payin ova internet with a debit card. If ur dad willin to accept either of these methods of payment u can PM me an address and recipient name for the letter, u know just to keep ur address somewhat concealed to the masses lol.
