radio wiring
Hi got a 5 door p reg corsa, went to put stereo in and found all the wires have been chopped, have tried searching but as yet not come up with anything. Was just wondering if somebody could tell me what colours what so that sort this, thank you

you should have 13 wires 8 of them will be your speaker wires so there will be 4 pairs that are the same colour, the others will be red, yellow, black, blue, and orange i think
red = live
yellow = live
black or brown = earth
blue antenna
orange illumination
the easiest way would be go down to the local scrappy and cut out the block connector from that and rewire it to yours if you have a solderer use that, then go to halfords get the block connector for your stereo then plug it in, you may also have to swap the red/yellow wires around so u get red to yellow and yellow to red

ive got same problem, but when i connect yellow to yellow, red to red and brown to brown the stereo comes on then either sparks and blows fuse or it makes a sound the quits straight off, any help, need definate wires colours to wire if thats possible
