Central locking
When I lock the drivers door (central Locking) on my 1998 Corsa B 1.4i the key is very stiff to turn and i'm frightened it may break. I can unlock it easy enough with the key. Any ideas please? Dave

Re: Central locking
try rubbing a lead pencil on the key....lead is acctually a lubricant so will help the key to slide/rotate in the barrel. otherwise maybe put a little mechanical grade oil in the lock to help it loosen up, it probably just gunked up so gettin stiff.

Re: Central locking
M8 if u still got the problem i had it on mine. I got mine at christmas and found that the door lock was stiff when i went to turn the key and felt like it would snap. So i though hey, i'll force it and it worked. It snapped back into place and now it is as easy as anything to turn. No problem. Hope this helps.
