:cry: my car failed its mot

handbrake doesnt work
hole in the floor
my rear passenger side coil broke (i found half of it in the car park at work)
my washer jets doesnt work (the motor stopped working on the morning of the test)

sorry to hear that, its always a poo when that happens especially on the morning of the test!
have you got a quote for it all to be sorted?

my boyfriends dad is gonna do it for my so its only cost me £30 for the new coil thingy

im well gutted i took friday off to get some new brakes fitted and a new tyre and i was all excited thinking i was gonna pass, then my washer jets went off :(

think I might have one too, as I get a draft when cornering... yet I cant see anything from under the car :?

Either that or a dodgy door seal!

btw... the washer motor is probs dirty/clogged - have you seen the amount of crap which is in the washer bottle??

I\'m gona do a guide tonight on cleaning the washer bottle, including removeing & cleaning the motor too if anyones interested :thumbs:

i have the same breeze when cornering, baffles me where it comes from.
i hate mots, its more nerve racking waiting for your mot to be done than it is waiting in a dentist waiting room.

i got a draught too but its not from the hole in my floor, its from where i have pulled my sub wire through to the battery

Thankyou thankyou thankyou :D I was worried my floor might of been cracked :(

Mind, a car which is 10 years old... I spose its about time the door seals & everything else did get replaced!
