where could i get a cheap four branch for my x14xe, maybe a manztel inlet, and some jacking covers for my gsi skirts, and gsi16v badges form all parts need to be cheapish

GSi badges, best bet is LMF Vauxhall http://www.lmfvauxhall.co.uk/ They could probably also sort the covers out too.
Mantzel inlet - best going for a pattern version if you want cheap Here
Four-branch, there are a few cheap options, but can't remember... Unless something is on eBay, expect to pay around £300
