corsa b c20ne conversion
Hi all,am converting a 1.2 corsa b into a c20ne,at the back of the thermostate housing under the inlet manifold there are two holes for coolant pipes,there not the ones for the interior heater rad as they are on the black plastic pipe,i dont know where they were connected on the calibra any help would be greatfully apreciated or if anyone has one could they have a look fo me please.thank you.awaiting your help.cheers.

not sure pal, sorry best bet is to have a look at a calibra or a manual for it.
have you got a photo? im not exactly sure which pipes you mean.

i have PM'd ya pal. will double check when i go out in a bit. one goes to the heater matrix and one back to the coolant galley.
Its just getting it the right way, as you wont get any heat if you do it wrong (as i did at first). Also, when you put them on, put a big bead of sealant around the alloy, as mine have persisted in leaking a little bit...so i would chuck some universal blue on there to give a seal under the hose clip.
