is there anyway i can stiifen up my standard shocks as at the moment i dnt want to lower it with having 17's on ??

stiffer springs would do it, but you would have to find some stiffer standard size springs,
you could probably get some but likely a vauxhall dealer only, and wont be cheap as most aftermarket manufactures only make stiffer SHORTER springs
best bet is to just drop it say 30 or 40 mm shouldnt rub

i have seen some springs that caravan drivers use, called MAD somthing (try googling it) stiffens up the suspention for use with towing caravans, they work in tandem with the standard springs, maybe worth a look.

take ur springs off, sand em down to bear metal, then treat them with heat, untill they glow red, then temper them, dump em in freezing water

thats would certanly make them harder, but would also weaken them a big bump in the road and they could break :S

weld up the struts that would make them rock hard lol
but keep your sunroof closed or you will get bounced out of it lol

lmao . think ill have to lower dem afterall owell.

think ill get away with just the springs cuz sin some gmax's on a corsa at scrapp yard in realli good nick , and man was askin for £20 for all four.
