1.2 turbo

hiya im currently doing a corsa up and im planning on turboing it..
just wondering if i could use a diesel turbo and manifold off a corsa 1.5td?????

probably not
im not sure it would fit, plus its designed to run a diesel engine not a petrol so chances are it wouldnt peform well

it can be done turboing a 1.2 but its probably more expensive than say just fitting a bigger more powerfull engine.

Do it right and yoy would probs notice the difference.. i was tempted on mine but discovered that it would be easier getting a more powerful engine .. but still it would be different ! if you have the time and money go for it lol

You can't just turbocharge an engine, first you need to lower the compression ratio and route an oil feed to the turbo for lubrication and cooling etc.

lol y a 1.2 just get a new engine it's much easier u will hardly get any power difference off a small turbo anyway. plus u will probs blow ur head apart lol.
