sport dials dont work in 1.2

hi i have a corsa 1.2 8v 1997 i bought sum dials with a rev meter in them from a 1.4 sport 1996 and they dont work in my car any help please.

i was looking at doing this my self but noticed that the sports clocks are run electronicly and the 1.2 clocks are run via cable

which clock dosnt work? both of em or what?
also check the FAQ section as i have put a guide on how to change the clocks

it's just the revo which dont work lol nd my old clocks r electronic so a thought they would work lol

you need to find some clocks from a 1.2 8v or yea the rev counter wont work right

i thought the ECU in most corsas was set so it allows either mechanical or electrical speedos? surely u need to run a tacho cable if u want the rev counter to work? or is it already installed and just no rev counter for sum reason?
