Right, sorry guys new to the forum, hopefully will be posting alot and looking forward to it!
I just brought a Corsa B 1999 1.0L 12v - And I just want to do a few things to it.
I'm currently looking at buying a Eonon DVD/CD player with touchscreen etc for around £200. Here is the link if you need more infomation;
http://www.eonon.com/index.php?controll ... ils&pid=88
I need to know would this work within my car, and fit? Would I just need to take out the Tape player and replace and of course wire, here is a picture of course if it helps;
Or if there are any others you can surgest to me at around max of £250ish that would also be a great help!
The second thing I wanted to do was, add a spolier to the back of the car, do any of you know any sites which sell orginals and what would be the best way to attach a spoiler onto the back, again here is a picture of the back. (Normal Club Spolier/Sport);
Sorry if theese questions are rather pathetic, Im new to 'doing-up' cars and just want come infomation before I start.
Many Thanks, (Hope you had a good easter)
James

Re: Corsa Modifications
lol..not at all a problem mate. Yeah that dvd player should fit in fine. It is what is known as a single DINN unit. it will have a cage which is secured in the dash that the unit slide/secures into. the screen (as im sure u know) tucks away into and out of the unit itself and so may block some heater controls when the screen is out but other than that there should be no compatibilty problems! just remember that sumin like this will draw ur attention away from the road. put on music before u leave and put the screen away unless their are passengers in the car. if the police see u playin with it while drivin and ur bouncin of lines left and right of road u will probs get pulled and cautioned, if not done for driving with misdue care and attention.

Yeah its mainly for my girlfirend as trips are 'boring'
Could I fit it myself or would it best at a garage?
And with the spolier?

Re: Corsa Modifications
should fit no problem
altho im sure halfords do a simmlar one much cheaper may not be touch screen tho...
and buy from them at that price cud get em to fit it free lol
id advise againt touch screen anyway, you will end up losing the stilus for it and having to prod it with your fingers leaving dirty marks all over
for the spoiler, best place is to get down the local scrap yard and just buy one, shouldnt be more than £20
id reccomend taking it to a bodyshop and having it fitted. get them to spray it too (if it needs spraying)
