Does anyone have/know where i can get a full wiring diagram for a 1996 1.2 merit?
ive had my corsa for 6 months now and it needed some tlc so me and my dad have cleaned her up and she's looking good. But one thing i noticed when i fitted my doors speakers is that, the fella of the lady i brought it off has fitted a CD player in but while installing it cut wires, god knows why. He's fitted 2 parcel shelf speakers and just wired them up. He's even cut the radio areial wire and then taped it back up. My dads tried his best to sort it but its difficult without a proper wiring diagram. So if anyone has one or knows where i can get one it would be a great help.
Thanks
Craig

I sugest you buy a Haynes Manual they are fantastic they have full wiring diagrams in the back.
The stereo wiring is very simple, I would guess that the previous owner extended the rear speaker wires to run the parcel shelf speakers, and the areial wire would have been cut to change the connector to fit an aftermarket stereo.
Corsas have ISO stereo connectors if this has been messed with the website below shows the socket and what each pin should be connected to, the website is for Audi Quattro's but its the same for all cars.
