Rolling road

Post by mradz »

Another forum i'm on organised a rolling road day, so i thought i would take the corsa along to see what it is putting out.

unfortunatly it didn't wanna stay in the rollers, so had to be helped a little

Image

and the results

it doesn't handle that badly considering the rather poor suspension set up! Is rather bumpy though  they are not actually 60mm springs at the front but the extra weight takes it down to about 60mm. It is only being used as a temp set upto until i get around to sorting coilovers and ARB's to sort out the handling properly. :)

standard V6 power is between 160 - 180bhp ish, depending on which model vec you have. Most V6 engines come out up on power though. 189 bhp is fairly good for what is essentially a standard V6 engine. :)

V6 calipers will go straight on your car however you will need the discs re-drilled for 4-stud. you can buy them ready drilled from LMF amongst others. Was gonna have a look, but their website is down. :)
