right its not very good so dnt laugh

basically you cut the black and red wire goin to the switch from the power source on you neons and put the red in a connector block and the black in a sperate block and then put the washer jet into the right colour block.
basically u jst cuttin the power cables and puttin them into a conector block and then your jst adding the washer jets into the blocks so they are fed from the power. you can either do this befor or after the switch if you want them at the same time do it after the switch

hope it helps a bit ill explain an other day better if u like cuz thts poo cuz im tired

lol..essentially ur just gonna make poisitive and neagative feeds y split using the little blocks as connectors. use one for each cable e.g. positive cable into one side of one the blocks, then two positive feeds out the other side of the same block. one for washers one for footwell neons. u dont really have to do the negative cables as roperstun was suggesting as u can just earth em to the chassis, or if ur feelin brave the negative terminal on the battery and they should work fine. then as long as the switch for the footwell neons is on the positive cable feed u will be able to turn em on/off to ur desire.

Yeah, that's all you need. Should look like this when you're done (wire from the switch on left, wires out to your lights on the right).
