decided agaisnt an rx8 atleats at the moment (il just use the age old credit crunch excuse)
im tempted in buying a kit car

and before you ask i will buy it ready build as i dont have the time or the equiptment to do it myself lol

Don't Rx's blow up??

A guy used to follow me about in one and my mate said that'll blow up so not to worry :?

why would they blow up?
i assume he means the tips on the rotors wear out quickly, which being a wankle they do
thats why they need servicing often and quite frequent on the engine oil
(servicing is cheaper as less parts to maintain)
that said, a fully maintained one can be more reliable than a normal piston engine, as its alot smoother, less moving parts, and always moves in one direction rather than violently moving up and down.
