carb cleaner
i donyt know what i have done . took airbox off cleaned lobe with carb cleaner. worked good lots off black smoke and a lot less hesitant butttttt i was driving for about 5 minutes when the engine management light came on and stayed on, when i got home parked her up and she is reving at about 1500 revs help

what engine is it? does it have an air flow meter? it may have gotten dirty and this can throw a light...
