I'd say so. The 57i is kinda a universal filter.
is it worth gettin panel filter?
Personal taste. Unless you get the full engine work, panel filters are the easiest to do and give the same sound.

ive got a green cottom air filter and de-restricted air box and tbh it sounds farr better than what it did with the pipercross i had
